A Growing Company in the Heart of Pensacola

It is important for us to provide an office space where people feel comfortable, productive and inspired. In 2018, we rebuilt and revamped a historic Pensacola theater from the early 20th century into an open, collaborative workspace for our team.

    Steve Martin has more than 20 years of experience as a sales leader in healthcare technology organizations. He most recently served as the Senior Vice President of Sales for Emmi Solutions, a patient engagement technology company, which was acquired by Wolters Kluwer for $175M in November of 2016. Steve also has held SVP Sales roles at Merge Healthcare and Allscripts. Steve was part of the executive management team at Extended Care Information Network (ECIN) which was acquired by Allscripts for $94M in December of 2007. He also currently serves as a Board of Director for Telemedicine Solutions. Prior to moving into the CEO role at IRIS, Steve served as the Chief Commercial Officer and oversaw the entire sales team, sales process and marketing department.

  • Ron Gross, MD

    Ron Gross, MD
    Chief Medical Officer

    Dr. Ron Gross is a board-certified ophthalmologist, specializing in treating patients for glaucoma. His areas of special interests include eye disease screening and population health. He currently serves as the Chief Medical Officer for IRIS and plays an integral role in building the reading center platform, quality assurance, clinical trials and research projects, and works closely with the product and business development teams.

    Prior to joining IRIS, he served on the IRIS Board of Advisors and was also an IRIS customer. He served as chairman of the Department of Ophthalmology and Director of the WVU Eye Institute from 2013 through 2018 and helped bring the IRIS solution to their rural primary care clinics. Dr. Gross previously held The Clifton R. McMichael Chair in Ophthalmology, and was Professor of Ophthalmology at Baylor College of Medicine and the Cullen Eye Institute in Houston, Texas. He was Director of the Glaucoma Service for over 25 years and medical director at the Alkek Eye Center of Baylor College of Medicine.

    He has communicated his findings to the scientific community in more than 155 peer-reviewed publications having completed over 80 research projects where he served as principal investigator. He has hundreds of national and over 80 international presentations and invited lectures. He is on the editorial board of the Journal of Glaucoma and has served on the committees that wrote both the Preferred Practice Patterns and Basic and Clinical Science Course in Glaucoma for the American Academy of Ophthalmology. Among other honors, he is a member of the American Ophthalmological Society, has received the Honor Award and the Senior Achievement Award from the American Academy of Ophthalmology, and is an examiner for the American Board of Ophthalmology. He is the treasurer of the American Glaucoma Society and a member of the Association for Research in Vision and Ophthalmology.

    Originally from Huntington, West Virginia, he graduated from Rice University in Houston, Texas and West Virginia University Medical School in Morgantown, West Virginia. Dr. Gross completed his residency and internship at Baylor College of Medicine, Houston, Texas, and his subspecialty training in glaucoma at Jefferson Medical College, Wills Eye Hospital in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

    VP, HR and Leadership Development

    Scott Ginnetti's professional career includes 13 years of heath care management, development, and HR experience. He previously worked for one of the nation’s largest long term care providers, where he helped centralize and rebuild the HR team from the ground up for an organization with more than 16,000 stakeholders.  Prior to that, he worked at Baptist Health Care (BHC) in the Pensacola area, where he achieved numerous accomplishments over his 12-year tenure. He graduated from American University, in Washington, DC, with a B.A. in Education and an M.S. degree from the University of Pennsylvania in Workforce Development.

    Louis is an award-winning sales leader with over twenty years of successful healthcare team leadership experience in the eye care space, and has held senior sales leadership positions across multiple companies.  Prior to becoming the VP of Sales, Louis was one of the earliest sales team leaders at IRIS having been with the company since 2015, and during that time he’s contributed significantly to the growth of IRIS through the numerous newly contracted partnerships he’s built with major health systems and IDNs across the country.  Before joining IRIS, Louis held various sales leadership positions during a 16+ year career with Alcon Labs, an industry-leading global eye care company, and worked in Birmingham, AL; Miami, FL; and Nashville, TN, where he lives currently.  Louis received both his undergraduate and graduate degrees in Marketing and Business Management from the University of Alabama.

    Annette Ramsey is a Certified Public Accountant and joined the IRIS team with over seven years of public accounting experience as an external auditor. After serving in the Controller role for 3 years, she is now leading the accounting and finance functions of the company as the V.P. of Finance. She is a 2007 graduate of Louisiana State University with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the E.J. Ourso College of Business. She is most passionate about being part of a team with such a respected and valuable mission.

    Matt Tuck has more than 20 years of healthcare market experience, including a background in account management, client services, sales and operations. For the past 17 years, he worked in various roles with McKesson, where his most recent focus was creating and leading the Strategic Account Management team for RelayHealth. Matt has a passion for developing and managing customer relationships and building client facing teams. He is a graduate of Auburn University.

    Felicia Wynne was born and raised in Pensacola, FL and is a graduate of The University of West Florida where she holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Communications, a minor in Information Technology and a Certificate in Leadership. Felicia joined the IRIS team in 2016 leading external and internal operations. Felicia has worked as an Operations professional for more than 10 years with responsibilities in several areas including project/program management, customer contracts, interdepartmental communication, goal alignment, employee engagement, customer service and service recovery. Her commitment to excellence by advancing process improvement and employee engagement initiatives aided in her previous company’s designation as one of the top 25 Best Small and Medium Companies to Work for in America and Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award recipient. Felicia volunteers her time by speaking to local organizations and leadership groups on process improvement, leadership and time management.

    Greg has spent his entire career involved in healthcare information technology, starting on the help desk of a payer and continuing in various roles at Allscripts, ECIN, McKesson, HBO and Company, and Enterprise Systems, Inc., including systems support, business analysis, product management, corporate strategy, sales, and account management.

    Most recently, Greg led the Client Experience Team at Allscripts, responsible for protecting a base of hospitals and post-acute care providers and the revenue they generated.  But he’s also worked with physicians and practices, consistently exceeding solution line sales quotas for an ambulatory portfolio, including EHRs, practice management & rev cycle, mobility, and patient engagement strategies.

    As VP of Product at ECIN, Greg was responsible for the design and strategic direction of the first web-based referral network that helps hospitals and nursing homes improve their discharge planning and intake processes. He brings all of this experience to IRIS and is focused on both new, existing and emerging markets and product channels.

    Originally from Long Island, Greg grew up in Wisconsin and now calls Illinois his home. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin with a B.A. in International Relations.

    Sunil Gupta, M.D. is a nationally recognized retinal surgeon, a successful entrepreneur, and a healthcare pioneer.

    Dr. Gupta works tirelessly to develop improved healthcare delivery systems built with LEAN methodology and cloud-based technologies. Dr. Gupta and his esteemed colleagues across multiple organizations are on a mission to revolutionize private practice data aggregation, to enhance productivity, and to build efficiency models inspired by Japanese manufacturing. Dr. Gupta thrives on bringing together stakeholders from across the healthcare and business landscape to solve complex challenges and deliver the triple aim of accessible, affordable, and quality patient care.

    He assists industry in designing better surgical systems, equipment and processes. Building models of efficiency without sacrificing quality for patients, Dr. Gupta is bringing Six Sigma-inspired systems to healthcare. Additionally, he has developed new medical delivery vehicles, holds multiple diagnostic and pharmaceutical patents, and is leading efforts to bring advanced new synthetic molecules to the forefront of retinal therapy.

    His love for patients, whom he respects as equal partners in their care, is reflected in his compassionate, approachable manner. Whereas healthcare delivery can often be perceived as hierarchical in nature, Dr. Gupta believes that physicians today must be able to identify with what the patient is experiencing in order to improve communication and enhance delivery of care.
